My Made Map Series

With all the snow days from school I have had time to work on my studio work. I am excited about my new series of hand made maps. I have always been fascinated with land organization and patterns of crop land. The line, texture and pattern of aerial photography crop land is beautiful and fascinating.

I want to work a clean media during the winter and watercolor, ink, sewing and collage work extremely well for what I am trying to achieve with my maps. The fourth piece I currently am working on I transferred a image and now am stippling. This work will take time and patience! But will look so amazing when I finish.
